1. What expectation did Fox Creek Homes exceed during your home building process? - As we built during COVID, we really didn’t know what to expect but we knew the effect would not be good. Brian and his team did an exceptional job in navigating all of the challenges in the world of supply chain. As but one example, he kept multiple manufacturer specs in play so that if one did not or could not perform, it was super easy to just got to Plan B with another. 

2. What did Fox Creek help you with the most during your building process? - There were problems with our architectural drawings and while most would have only voiced their complaint(s), Brian found solutions to all. I must say that the solutions were better than the intent of the original drawings. He has seen so much in the home building industry that it was almost a “greatest hits CD” approach to the resolutions. 

3. What did you like best about working with Fox Creek Homes? - It did not take long to realize that like anything else, the world is not perfect. As a sub contractor would bring up a problem (i.e. “this won’t fit here where it’s shown”, “this has to be moved or downsized because…..”, etc., Brian, and I say this without exception, would arrive on site, look at the noted problem and, invariably, come up with a solution that the subs had not seen nor considered. When he showed up it was always “here comes help”. 

4. What have you enjoyed the most about your new home? - How much time do you have? I would say the quality of the workmanship and thoroughness of the oversight of the project. He has a very, very sharp eye for the details and, of course, home construction is all about the details. 

5. What did Fox Creek Homes do to make the building process less stressful? - There were several detailed and lengthy review meetings prior to the start that clarified/answered many questions; some were anticipated but others we could not have seen. Brian’s team can see around the corner where the average home buyer simply cannot……regardless of how many article we read. 

6. What do your children or family members like the best about your new home? - The way the home orients with a view of the river, the super cool kitchen package, the open floor plan and so many of the details that Brian and team executed. An incredible wealth of knowledge resides with Brian. 

7. What has been the best compliment your neighbors have made about your new home? - Who built your home and what is his number?

1. What expectation did Fox Creek Homes exceed during your home building process? - The entire FC team was extremely responsive to questions and concerns throughout the process. We were working with a difficult HOA , and they were very diplomatic and professional in adhering to the guidelines for the HOA.
2. What did Fox Creek help you with the most during your building process? - Staying focused on the finish line. Not getting too caught up in the "small stuff", and creating enough confidence that we knew they would make the best decisions for. the integrity of our home
3. What did you like best about working with Fox Creek Homes? - The whole team was very "hands on" from Guilford to Shauna to Brian Gardner. It felt like we were working with friends... who prioritized our home and our needs.
4. What have you enjoyed the most about your new home? - That everything works and is clean and new! We love everything- the back porch is beautiful and has housed many lovely evenings by the fire, the vaulted Great Room and floor to ceiling fireplace is stunning and makes me smile every day!
5. What did Fox Creek Homes do to make the building process less stressful? - Brian took our vision (literally the floorplan that I drew on paper) and turned it into a beautiful home. He was able to make our ideas come to life. He also made suggestions to improve our ideas- all of which did serve to make the house even better. He stayed in consistent contact with us and made sure to keep us updated throughout the process (we were out of town during build)
6. What do your children or family members like the best about your new home? - The screened porch is a family favorite spot
7. What has been the best compliment your neighbors have made about your new home? - We have received so many kind compliments about the home. I'm not sure which is my favorite- maybe the "We love all of the choices that you all made."

- Fox Creek Homes exceeded my remodeling expectations by always answering my questions before I had time to ask. Every step of the way, I knew what was happening next and when to expect it!

- If I have to pick the my favorite part of the remodeling, it is the new front doors and windows. I love both because they have both been talked about for years.

- My family and neighbors are happy to see Santa back on the top porch. I just got a compliment today from my neighbor about how beautiful the remodeled porches and roof line are. I received a random note in the mailbox from someone asking me who did the remodel and what my paint colors are just about a month ago. I’m so excited for my daughters to come home for Christmas and see it all in person! Just this week I stopped on a walk to talk to a neighbor who is also remodeling their home. He said “ your house looks amazing! It has been so exciting to watch the transformation!” I agree. It’s been more way more than exciting. Fox Creek kept it personal, and made it easy. I love my home!
