With over 35 years of experience in the construction industry, Debbie is a skilled professional specializing in both commercial and residential projects. Her expertise spans across accounting, budgeting, estimating, and data analytics. With 10 years in commercial construction and 24 years in residential work, Debbie is known for her precision in cost estimation and her ability to manage complex budgets, helping projects stay on track and within financial expectations.

Originally from the Pacific Northwest, Debbie’s journey took her to Alaska right after high school, where she spent 38 years working, raising her four children, exploring Alaska’s great outdoors and building a wealth of knowledge in the industry. After relocating to Charleston for warmer temperatures, Debbie continues to use her experience to drive successful outcomes in construction projects, while enjoying the relaxed southern lifestyle.

Outside of work, Debbie is passionate about gardening, woodworking, and home renovation. She enjoys quilting, painting, and other creative crafts, and when she's not in the garden, she can be found exploring local beaches, kayaking, or sailing with her family. Debbie also cherishes time with her grandchildren and her Lab Turbo, making lasting memories with the next generation.
